SARForce is RSCUE’s real-time dispatch service. When the police task your unit, the callout goes out immediately — carrying the nature of the event, the dispatching officer and a reply-to.

One callout, three channels

In-app push, SMS text, a text-to-speech voice call, or all three on the same callout. A live signal preview shows the exact message as the recipient will see it before it goes.

• Target contacts pulled from the org directory with role labels
• Delivery confirmation and member responses tracked as they arrive
• Responses feed straight into crew assignment and tasking
• Restricted to authorized officers on agency-tasked operations

Why it matters that it is not a separate tool

A dispatch tool that lives outside the operation means re-keying who responded into whatever holds the tasking. Here the responses are already attached to the operation, so crew assignment is the next click rather than the next system.
